La Maestà
This house, built in the early 18th Century on a pre-existent medieval mill, was originally the station of the Bridge's Guardians where the duty for crossing the river was payed and goods were stoked in its large cellar.
At the beginning of the 20th Century a new bridge was built 100 mt far and the house lost its importance and was abandoned.
Restored in 2003 in its ancient look it presents a typical construction in bricks and stones and typical Tuscan tile roof.
It consists of 2 apartments on the first and second floor organized as it follows:
First apartment: 3 bedrooms with 1-2-3 beds for a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, both with shower, a sitting room with cooking corner. The total surface of this apartment is 95 mt2.
Second apartment: 2 bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds for a total of 5 beds, 2 bathrooms both with showers, a sitting room with cooking corner. The total surface of this apartment is 80 mt2.
Both apartments present a cooking corner furnished with 4 gas-fires, a dishwasher and fridge. Apartments are furnished with everything for cooking. In the garden in front is a large terrace with umbrella, table and chairs.

Casa Colonica
Risen from a generic project made by Van Vitelli Junior son of Gasper Van Vittel, on request the duke of Tuscany for the building of 100 houses of large dimensions in various points of Tuscany, the Villa presents the characteristics of the typical Tuscan houses of the late 17th Century.
The Villa is divided in:
- a large apartment of about 250mt2 at the upper floor with 6 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 sitting rooms furnished with antique furniture and objects of the owner's family, a large fireplace. A kitchen completely furnished for cooking, dishwasher, fridge and 3 bathrooms each one with shower.
- down stairs at the ground floor there is a restaurant on service all the year.
The garden at disposal of the Villa is just in front of the main door and very extended, furnished with umbrella, table and garden chairs
The service of swimming pool and tennis courts are provided by the Camping La Chiocciola and you can use them for free.
